I have always loved real estate. I appreciate good architecture, beautiful land, meeting people, and I like the way good business is part of the deal. Back in the 1980's, before I was an agent, I was an artist and an investor. I took small amounts of money made from art sales and bought rental property. I gained a lot of experience through buying and selling, refinancing, and 1031 exchanging. As the customer, I had some great agents and I also had some agents that I would not want to go back to, and I learned from both!

Now, as a full time real estate consultant , I like to be known for the great service I give to my clients, and I try to anticipate my clients needs in detail.
